Description
You'll be joining the FinOps team, overseeing process improvements and enchancing process effiency in RTR after the recent S4 Hanna roll out.As the RTR Global Process Owner (GPO), your focus is on enhancing process efficiency and compliance across markets. Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, establishing KPIs, collaborating with IT, supporting improvement projects, and coordinating audits.
Qualified candidates need 10+ years of global finance leadership ideally in large transformation projects, BPO/SSC experience, RTR expertise, ERP(ideally in S4) knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Fluency in English required, additional languages including Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
Location: Remote, ideally once a week in Amsterdam or Barcelona.
Start Date: March 2024
Initial Contract: 6 Months
