Description
Our client is looking for a OpenText Architect/Subject Matter Expert with the following experience.
The impact of not having this resource is directly to FIC Customer Contact Centre projects (Customer Ops/Player Services) but also to Retail Ops (Retailer Provisioning). The identified business process impacted is ability to digitally scan; store and retrieve all whitemail received as part of Player communications.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 - 12 months + extensions
Location: 2-3 days per week in Watford, 2-3 days per week remote working
