Description

Our client is looking for a OpenText Architect/Subject Matter Expert with the following experience.

  • Working experience of OpenText Live Archive (Note this is a specific product from OpenText)
  • Experience of multiple client migrations
  • Experience of discovery and reverse engineering live OpenText Environments with Camelot having current integrations with SAP CRM (Customer Contact Centre) and SAP ECC (Finance).
  • Experience of design/implementation of OpenText Live Archive in Public Cloud
  • Experience of integration with Service Now CSM (Customer Contact Centre) and SAP ECC (Finance).
  • Experience with Data migration from one OpenText system to another.

    • The impact of not having this resource is directly to FIC Customer Contact Centre projects (Customer Ops/Player Services) but also to Retail Ops (Retailer Provisioning). The identified business process impacted is ability to digitally scan; store and retrieve all whitemail received as part of Player communications.

    Start: ASAP

    Duration: 6 - 12 months + extensions

    Location: 2-3 days per week in Watford, 2-3 days per week remote working
