French Speaking Desktop Support Assistant - Belfast

A world leader of manufacture of diesel and gas are seeking a French Speaking Desktop Support Assistant to join their team on a contracted basis until the end of the year. This is an great opportunity for a for a French Speaking Desktop Support Assistant to utilise their language in a excellent company.

Key responsibilities for this French Speaking Desktop Support Assistant include:
Working directly on application and technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions
Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components
Working with vendors on the integration of purchased applications and infrastructure.
Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support.
Working both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects
Develop professional network and leadership skills, assisting in the creation and support of IT Solutions that enable success
Exercises independent judgment with moderate direction from supervisor
Education and Experience:
Computer-related or Engineering-related College or University Degree, Some IT job-related experiences
IT experience related to programming, integration or infrastructure - preferred but NOT ESSENTIAL
