Description

Are you a gifted Front End Developer? Do you have experience envisioning new digital products and designing rapid prototypes? Do your designs ooze usability and aesthetic appeal? Do you want a seat at the table during the ideation phase? If so, we know a certain entertainment technology giant who’d love to hire you to work on the next generation of digital entertainment products.

Nitty Gritty
This company is building a team with a single goal in mind: to create industry-defining entertainment products. As this team’s resident Front End Developer, you’ll work closely with the rest of the Innovation Team (yes, that’s actually what they’re called) on new digital products.

You’ll be a key player in the concepting stage, lending your vision as new offerings take shape. Then you’ll build rapid prototypes and presentations that your team members can use to bring these ideas to life. This is a collaborative environment, so you’ll have the chance to provide input on design solutions, as well.

This team is the very definition of Agile. They’re lean. They’re mean. They build fast and iterate even faster. You’ll be expected to keep up and turn out quality work quickly, time after time. They also expect you to be hands-on during the execution phase. No sweat, right?

Hired Gun Profile
You’re a talented Front End Designer with substantial experience building and iterating consumer-facing digital products. You know how to make a product as attractive as possible while still maintaining the highest degree of utility.

Agile is your preferred methodology. You like to think fast and build fast. You’re the live-and-learn sort who values speed and feedback from actual users. You prefer getting a product out the door and seeing what’s what, rather than tinkering endlessly.

Let’s take a look inside your toolbox, shall we? Objective C is in there. There’s PHP, right under the Java. Canvas is in there somewhere, as is HTML5/CSS. (You might want to straighten up in there. Just FYI.)

Inside Skinny
This is a small, entrepreneurial team within a colossal technology company. They’ve got a lot of autonomy and permission to take some risks, so a start-up vet will feel right at home.

Net-Net
If the chance to build innovative new products that will be used by millions of users around the U.S. appeals to you, then appeal to us ASAP.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, marital status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
