Description
Fulfillment/Resourcing Manager required to join Global Technology and Communications Company. Botswana.
The role will primarily development & relationship management of all third party products, service and supply chain partners as part of a contract.
Key role objectives
Deepen & Broaden the existing third party/partner relationships by improving the:
- Volume of business transacted with each partner/third party and the income received.
- Range of products or service provided to better meet the needs of the contract
- Customer service experience and the quality of every project deployment where a partner is contracted
- Ensure that products or services adhere to relevant legislation, regulatory rules, voluntary codes, best practice guidelines and compliance both initially and on an ongoing basis
- Familiarisation and an overview of COBIT (Objectives & Governance management)
- Ensure the appropriate governance and audit arrangements are in place and operated effectively with each third party/partner and provide a focal point for the escalation of customer complaints and root cause resolution
- Design, agree, monitor & review, on a regular basis, Management Information (MI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) with each third party in order to,
I. Remove/reduce the number of customer complaints/escalations.
II. Improve the service to our customers.
- Liaise across third party providers/partners to resolve conflicts of interest and develop mutual profitable relationships between them
- Ownership and management of the internal company processes aligned to the role.
Key Requirements:
- Good understanding of Management processes
- Prince 2 or equivalent would be an advantage
- Experience in IT/telecommunications industry would be of benefit
- Good level of understanding, ability and leadership in compliance and govenance as specified in the role objectives section
- Good relationship management skills
- Good written & communication skills
- Ability to work alone and within a team environment
