RUBY/JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPERS - FULLY REMOTE (OUTSIDE IR35)
Our client are looking for experienced developers to join their team for a greenfield project. This will be looking at first impressions and customer journeys on the clients accounting software. They are looking to build out new functionalities on this to entice the customer to stay and use the software going forward. This project is for 9-12 months so a lengthy piece of work.
The code base is Ruby on Rails, with a React js. Front End. There is multiple headcount on this opportunity, so they are looking to speak to both developers who love the JavaScript/react development as well as those who prefer Ruby - and of course people who can do both!
The team work in an agile, fast-paced manner - with 2-week sprints. All code is deployed on the cloud same day, often multiple times a day so there is a real opportunity to see your work being put into practise.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience of JavaScript and React
- Ability to work with an unknown code base quickly
- Ability to work with 3rd party gem software.
