- Strong coaching skills, extensive experience in providing coaching
- Technical knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Distinguish analytically strong, smooth detail essence
- Affinity with IT & technology

- Experience in projects with an impact on (work) processes

Description of work:
- The consultant will start working within the team to grow our newer employees in their role as functional analyst
- He/she will provide coaching in terms of the yield of the standard deliverables, the collection of requirements and the making of a functional analysis
- All this with due attention to the cooperation with the project team and stakeholders
- Here he/she will be able to easily handle the variety of projects with different employees work
- It is expected that the employees are in a position at the end to take up as a functional analyst independently and qualitatively their work
