Functional Analyst - Belgium
Languages: English and French or Dutch
Skills and experience:
- Experience with functional/technical analysis and methodologies: UML, RUP.
- Experience with Use Cases and User Stories
- Experience with Java and knowledge of BASH, FTP, XML, XSD, XSLT, PHP.
- Experience in any of the following functional areas is a plus: Document Generation, e-Invoicing, Data Security, Document Archiving, Enterprise Content Management, Electronic Signing, Payments, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting, Identity Management.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for conducting studies and functional analysis in liaison with the users of the assigned project (requirements management)
- You draft and/or modify the physical data model and help design the conceptual data model for your projects
- You assist in developing the process models.
- You are responsible for the preparation and execution of acceptance testing and monitoring of the logged defects.
- You are responsible for preparing the handover plan and the training of expert users
- You are responsible for change management for applications under your management
- You support the management and resolution of incidents and problems
- You develop your own skills and keep them up-to-date
