The Functional Application Expert (ARIS) urgently required for interesting contract in Amsterdam
6 month rolling contract based in Amsterdam.
The Functional Application Expert (ARIS) will be responsible for the following:
* The FAE ensures the functional day-to-day support, administration and maintenance of ARIS.
* The main responsibility is to solve this issues and advice on sustainable solution.
* The FAE gives proactive advice on using ARIS functionalities to support the reference framework.
* You will support by further developing the application to come to surplus business value
The Functional Application Expert (ARIS) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
ARIS Administration
* Maintains and manages ARIS database
* Runs ARIS database reorganization utilities (within ARIS)
* Support on Quality Assurance of BPM, ARIS and modelling rules and guidelines
ARIS User Management
* Maintenance (add/delete) of users into the various ARIS databases
* Maintains users and user groups
* Establishes groups and maintains user privileges for the group
ARIS Application Development
* Perform functional impact analysis for new ARIS functionalities and changes
* Translate requirements in to ARIS application design requirements
* Develop, test and implement enhancements as requested
ARIS Application Maintenance
* Risk & Compliance: gathers functional OCD evidence material
* Incident management: perform incident investigation activities according ITSM processes
* Incident management: provide functional application support and incident resolution for all ARIS modules and Applications in scope
* Problem management: perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents
