**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Functional SAP Project Manager for our ERP team within the IT division. This pivotal role focuses on SAP's development and maintenance, ensuring successful project execution and operational support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define the scope, schedule, and budget for SAP projects.
- Lead projects from initiation to operational transition, including:
- Facilitating meetings and steering committees.
- Monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage communications with stakeholders.
- Drive change management initiatives.
- Liaise with IT analysts and business units to ensure alignment.
**Profile:**
- Minimum eight years in functional SAP project management.
- Expertise in Finance (FI), Management Accounting (CO), and Logistics (MM).
- Autonomous project management capabilities.
- Strategic in scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Fluent in French for effective communication.
**Additional Information:**
- The role begins as part-time (3/5), with potential full-time transition.
- Mainly onsite in Namur with required flexibility for regional travel.
- Fixed remote workdays available.
**Skills:**
- **Must-Have:** Proficient in IT Project Management, SAP, and SAP ERP.
- **Added Value Skills:** Knowledge in SAP FICO and SAP MM.
- **Nice-to-Have:** Understanding of English.
