Description
We have been engaged by a global consultancy based in Belgium to assist in the resourcing of a Functional SAP Payroll Consultant to join in Belgium on a 12 month assignment paying up to 850€ per day.
The responsibilities of the Functional SAP Payroll Consultant is for the quality and timeliness of the functional implementation of the project he or she is assigned with:
- Knowledge of Belgian Payroll implementation.
- Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standards.
- Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of PY module in the project currently assigned with.
- Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned in the project.
- Maintaining customer Payroll solution within PY module.
- Belgian payroll support (including post payroll processes such as DMFA & Belcotax declarations).
- Act as the primary escalation point within the project for all project issues related to functional implementation.
- SAP payroll implementation and configuration experience for Belgium (public sector would be a valuable bonus).
- Extensive leadership and implementation experience with SAP Payroll.
- Understanding of Belgium Payroll including post payroll processes.
- Knowledge of OM/PA/PT modules is an additional bonus.
- Proven proficiency with SAP configuration and implementation.
- Possess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions design.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture.
- Proven ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting priorities.
