Project Description
The EMI application has replaced the individual systems in use throughout various sites for selecting, managing and paying Experts. Although many types of Experts exist within the Commission, EMI is handling the management of Evaluator, Reviewer, and Monitor Experts together with Ad Hoc experts who are required by the Commission for informal meetings. This application is handling different types of business rules.
The user interface is web based (Thin Client) and is linked with other systems such as
- SECUNDA for the security and role based implementation
- CCM2 for the repository of all codes
- ABAC for the payments of expert
- Objective
The first goal is to align functional specs, software architecture document, business definition with actual refactoring of the web application
