Role: Fundraising Campaign Director
Location: North Wales- flexibility to work from home
Duration: Minimum 44 days from December 2016 to July 2017 (Flexible working arrangement)
Rate: £325
Details:
A client of mine within the 3rd sector is looking for an experienced fundraising campaign director who will be responsible for delivering on campaign objectives over an 8 month period.
Contract KPIs:
The contractor will be expected to introduce processes and systems, develop sustainable relationships and establish a collection of activities and events in order to:
- Raise £250,000 in charitable funding over an 18 month period (December 2016 - March 2018), N.B. the Campaign Director will be expected to continue to attract voluntary income for the campaign beyond the contract period
- Raise £30,000 in sponsorship and/or gifts in kind by June 2017
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
- Relevant professional qualifications or significant experience of negotiating at a senior level.
- Knowledge of fundraising campaigns and/or community development projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to forging long term links with external partners, maintaining trust and confidentiality.
- Being adaptable and flexible, coping with uncertainty and change.
