Description
An Interim Paediatric General Manager is required by a Large London Acute Trust for a period of 6 months initially starting at the end of July.
Key professional skills are
- Strong clinical financial management including design and delivery of efficiency schemes and income optimisation
- Proven ability to manage ward to board stakeholders and leads
- Track record of developing clinical, nurse and operational leadership talent
- Meeting a demanding work programme delivery timelines whilst achieving service performance compliance and improvement

The General Manager will have to manage a large multi site portfolio with c. 500 wte staff beneath them.
The ideal candidate doesn't have to have Paediatric experience but needs to be driven to make a difference in children's healthcare.
