German Speaking BA for the implementation of Changes to Credit Risk Applications (2520)

Description

For a project in a very international team at our banking client site in Chur, Switzerland, we are looking for two

German Speaking Business Analysts for the implementation of Changes to Credit Risk Applications (2520)

As the the single point of contact for both Business and IT concerning changes requested on Applications in the Credit Risk Domain your general responsibilities are:

• Liaise with the Business Project Manager who has collected all changes required by the business
• Analyze, model and validate business requirements, conditions and priorities such
• Effort estimations and task planning for Requirements Engineering related to project tasks
• Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear and detailed functional and non-function requirements specifications
• Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation and testing phase
• Provide subject matter expertise to support the development and validation of quality assurance, application architecture, testing and other project deliverables

Key Deliverables:
• Production and sign-off of standard requirements engineering deliverables (Use Case Model, Business Object Model, Use Cases, Domain Object Model, Business Rule Specifications, Screen and Report Specifications, Non Functional Requirements Specifications, Project Requirements List) on time and with high quality – documentation is in place and only needs to be updated for the new changes

Must Haves:
• 3 + years of experience in requirements engineering in application development (3 years for the more junior roles, 5-6 year for the more senior roles)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of German
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Knowledge of use case modelling
• Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different backgrounds (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources Testers, etc.)
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of architecture diagrams (mostly UML component diagrams)

Nice to Haves:
• Experience in the banking or finance industry
• Credit risk domain know-how
• Experience in JAVA programming
