German Speaking IT Helpdesk Analysts x5(12 Month Contracts)Five unique and exciting opportunities have came up within one of the leading IT Hardware and Software Support companies in the Uk and Europe. The Ideal Candidates will have experience in a helpdesk/service desk and be proficient with English and German.
The essential skillset for this role:
- Previous experience of working within and IT helpdesk/service desk
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure mainly the Windows side of the platform.
- Active Directory
- Polite and understanding telephone manner.
- Team player with great communication skills and an attitude that shows a eagerness to help people.
- Must be able to speak English and one of the 5 languages above in a fluent proficiency.
Rate: £14-£14.50 per hour dependent on experience
Location: Sheffield
Contract Length: 12 months (this will extend)
