An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Utilities Client of ours for a German Speaking Personal Assistant.

The Client is looking for someone with experience of the following
Full diary management of busy schedules, monitoring inbox - especially in times away from the office/holiday, accepting/declining meetings as necessary and booking meetings.
Confidence at liaising with all levels within the organisation, delivering a professional and confidential service at all times.
Provide support for other members of the Senior Management Team as necessary and maintain good working relationships working together with other PAs.
Provide a general administration service, co-ordinating meetings, organising travel and producing expense documentation.
Produce presentations/documentation as requested.
Organise travel arrangements, including international travel and accommodation.
Attend meetings as and when necessary to take the minutes and provide meeting support (includes the issuing of minutes following the meeting).
Demonstrable Personal Assistant experience essential.
Proactive approach to line manager's personal organisation.
Organisation and prioritisation.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft office & email systems.
