German Speaking Voice Support
Voice Support representative needed for this is a technical role requiring a background in Telecommunications and Voice systems.
The Voice Support Engineer will be performing 2nd line support for the company's voice systems including, SIP Trunking. Call Centres, and Voice applications as well as aligning the evolving Technologies in to the Digital arena.
Experience of Skype, Avaya and Nortel is essential.
Role Responsibilities:
You will be required to work as part of a team to support the Contact Centre Voice platforms.
Primary responsibilities to support IP based Voice Systems, Project and BAU activities.
Essential:
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication's Infrastructure environments
- Be able to work under pressure and to manage and prioritise workloads, multi-tasking when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to fully document in a clear and concise manner.
