Main tasks:
- You will be working with our customer's payment system
- The issuing of purchase orders is a task you are obliged to fulfil
- The processing of invoices also lies within your responsibilities
- You will be assigned to cost center tracking at the end of each month versus the approved budget
- You will act as key point of contact for questions regarding administrative tasks
- Occasionally, you will support logistics for large meetings related to the team
- Possibly, other ad hoc projects could be assigned to you as well
Main qualifications
- Experience as Administrative Assistant
- Service delivery experience
- Flexibility, technical skills, and structural mindset
- Commercial training preferred
- Fluent English is a must, German would be a plus
