We are looking for a Global Trial Manager - Clinical Trials within Biomedical Science.

Job Description - Global Trial Manager

Function description
* Is responsible for the management tasks related to the start up, execution and closing of Managed access programs (eg Named Patient Programs, Compassionate Use Programs) for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
. Know and adhere to Company SOPs, ICH GCP and national regulatory requirements and local productivity targets

Place in the organization

* Reports directly to the lead Global Trial Manager of the Managed Access team
* The Global Trial Manager is a member of Managed Access team and works closely together with the lead Global Trial Manager and the Clinical Trial Assistent on specific Managed Access Programs.

Profile/qualifications
* Masters Degree in Medical Biology or related education
* Clinical Drug Development - high knowledge of clinical drug development and regulatory processes and procedures within GCO Clinical Trials
. Team-working - proactive contribution to Managed Access team activities
* Computer literacy - advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of a variety of software packages (Microsoft applications like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Use a range of computer based systems (eg CTMS, Internet applications, e-Rooms) to track and monitor program related activities
. Managing workloads - ability to organize multiple priorities and projects and work independently within area of responsibility
. Interpersonal skills - excellent command of speaking and writing in English, ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively with different levels of hospital staff, team members and functional manager
. Ability to adapt quickly to new/other situations/detail

Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.

Language proficiencies:
-English and Dutch spoken and written;

Start: Preferrably but flexible.
Duration: 8 months initially
Location: Leiden
