Google Marketing Platform Manager
Take accountability of the development and deployment of PMI’s CAMPAIGN MANAGER360 and
additional Google Marketing Platforms (GMP) to drive success of PMI marketing campaigns.
This rolle will be to lead PMI’s GMP strategy, providing guidance and global governance for all of
PMI’s global/local media agencies, markets, and teams, ensuring PMI maximizes the full potential of
Google's advertising technology stack working alongside cross-functional teams, making strategic
decisions that shape our company’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Platform Management: Developing comprehensive set-up and deployment
strategies within: CM360, DV360, GA360, GA/4, Tag Manager etc. For PMI markets/teams
and media agencies. Providing ongoing governance and management of user permissions
and access to CM network. This role will also take charge of shaping the overarching strategy
and deployment of GMP across PMI markets/teams and media agencies. Building and
deploying global frameworks and governance models, ensuring digital marketing aligns with
PMI business and advertising goals, focusing on brand visibility, market positioning, and
consumer engagement.
2. Technical Proficiency: Taking the lead as technical advisor for PMI across GMP (CM360,
SA360, DV360, GA/4, Tag Manager, BigQuery, Data Studio) ensuring all website tagging set-
ups and campaign (floodlight) tracking is correctly working, error free and optimised for
marketing channels + analytics and insights teams. Leading escalation to Google support and
PMI’s media agencies as required.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making: This role is also about leveraging data as a strategic asset.
Utilizing data analytics to derive actionable insights, ensuring all downstream data exports
(to: PowerBI, Salesforce Dataorma, Lotame DMP etc.) are maintained and working correctly
whilst also developing custom (API) solutions for more advanced Google data retrieval and
automation as required.
4. Creative Asset Excellence: Collaborating with PMI’s in-house digital asset and transcreation
teams using Abode Workfront to align reporting and creative analytics whilst also building
and testing dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) frameworks for use across marketing teams
delivering A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve ad performance, focusing on
driving brand engagement and conversions.

5. Adtech Innovation: Ensure PMI stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring and
integrating new Adtech features, platforms, and tools within the Google Marketing Platform
(Google Privacy Sandbox, GA4, etc.). Identifying opportunities to leverage advanced features
such as audience insights, and cross-channel campaign management to gain a competitive

We are looking for someone with:

? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field or equivalent
professional experience.
? Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar role managing Google CM360.
? Google Campaign Manager Certification required.
? Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, GA360, GTM, SA360, GDS) certifications highly
? Knowledge of additional brand safety, programmatic, analytics, consent management,
technology and Adtech solutions are essential.
? Proven experience of managing GMP marketing/advertising activity across paid media, audience
(DMP/CDP), SEO, and social channels in either agency or advertiser/brand environment.
? Knowledge of collaboration tools and programming languages: JIRA/Confluence, JarvaScript,
SQL, HTML highly desirable.
? Knowledge of Martech platform solutions provided by Salesforce, Adobe also highly desirable.
? Strong leadership skills with ability to lead internal teams & agency partners across
global/regional/local time zones.
? Excellent programme/project management experience and skills.
? Strong presentation and organisation skills
? Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Strong attention to detail with a passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated
with the latest marketing technology reporting trends.
