Graduate Recruiter To support entry level hiring. As part of the Candidate Management and Process team this role is to support the interview process for both graduates and internships across UK Universities. In addition to first and second round interviews the job holder will support the offer process (extending offers to successful candidates) and support the wider team around reporting/metrics and other ad hoc projects as requested. Would suit a junior graduate recruitment officer looking to gain experience in a leading recruitment team delivering high volume large scale programmes.
