Our reputable financial services market leader is currently looking for a Graduate to take on in the role of Service Desk Analyst. It is an initial 6 month contract with the intension to go long term or permanent.

Key Responsibilities -
- Receives and logs requests for support from service desk, other service delivery staff and/or users.
- Prioritises requests in accordance with agreed criteria and needs of the organisation
- Investigates problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions
- Monitors progress of requests for support, keeps all parties informed and takes actions to minimise delays
- Carries out routine configuration/installation and reconfiguration of hardware and software Installs and commissions desktop systems and their routine upgrades
- Provides information on updates, known errors, changes in availability new facilities etc. Uses appropriate systems, tools, and documentation to maintain the hardware/software
