Responsibilities
Responsible for project implementation plan and integrated design, and communicate with customers, to confirm the implementation of programs and associated with the work;
Responsible for from project implementation and customer demands to review major upgrade project, cutover plan's rationality and applicability, and the scene of a major upgrade project, cutover implementation;
Responsible for project delivery process, the project technical problems to collect, organize, track, and promote the settlement, and regularly communicate with customers to solve problems on project progress.

1. Business support systems and operation support system background
2. Project Management tools for Effective tracking of task assigned under his/her supervision.
3. Develop plans and strategies in order to comply with project goals and customer satisfaction.

Education background
Computer engineering degree
PMP certifications desirable
Work experience (Requirements on work experience relevant to the target position and target companies)
5+ years of Telco platforms implementations, BSS/OSS knowledge
