Role description:
The Head of Engineering & Op Model Transformation drives the design and pilot of the multi-cloud operating model with the first migrations being lighthouses and is responsible for the overall developer experience on an ongoing basis This is a critical role in an exciting multi-year program of work, sitting in the context of the wider Strategic Partnership and aligned to our technology strategy, which will bring significant change and opportunity to LSEG.
Responsibilities
Design and pilot product-based DevSecOps operating model that can support hybrid infra and cloud enterprise Ensure adoption of tool chain Determine KPIs around developer experience and look to enhance accordingly (ie, through improved tools, etc.)
Oversee Microsoft implementation of talent assessment(s) to understand LSEG's talent baseline for Azure cloud skills
Oversee Microsoft's development of L&D content as well as capability building and upskilling programmes
Develop and implement learning and development plans and content to support overall cloud migration
Ensure coordinated efforts with other people-related change programmes (eg Ways of Working, Gemini)
