Position:Global Head of HR Solutions and Systems
Location: Düsseldorf
Role Overview
Design and architecture accountability for the overall global HR Services design as defined in the
HR Reloaded programme, enabled by Workday and potentially later by Service Management tools/
catalogue, all local payroll systems including T and A systems.
Responsible for total HR application landscape, owns Workday solution, translating
CoC concepts and HR business process design into Workday solutions.
Facilitates HRIS investment portfolio.
Accountable for successful delivery of critical projects, run by the HR IT organisation.

- International leader in HR and IT with profound knowledge from global projects
in the area of HR IS
- Project management with focus on technology implementation in order to facilitate
operational effectives - process improvements, automation and simplifications,
especially in shared services service delivery environment
- International people management, ability to lead change across the regions
