Our Client a financial organisation are looking for a Head of transformation to join their team in Kent on a Permanent basisThe role will be key in ensuring that the organisations infrastructure, services and application landscape are scalable, tractable, efficient, extensible and best in class within the industry.
The candidate will be responsible to Work with the CIO to define and execute strategic technology transformation objectives, providing direction and oversight for all technology initiatives.
Work with Project Managers to ensure the successful outcome of the programme by integrating work streams, tracking interdependencies and measuring progress against the programme plan.
The candidate must have experience with a solid technical background, with an in depth understanding of technology infrastructure. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting and influencing at C level. Solid experience of both agile and traditional methodologies. Experience of DevOps would be beneficial.
Financial background is also a bonus
