Role: Help Desk Engineer

Contract length: 3 months

Location: Netherlands/Belgium (on-site)

Rate: €250 - €280 p/d

Trust in SODA, in partnership with one of the leading medical companies in the health sector, they are seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join one of their team's in the Belgium office and/or the Netherlands office.

What you'll do:
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to internal users across Belgium and the Netherlands, via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to our medical technology platforms, software, and hardware.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate development or support teams for further resolution.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles to ensure efficient problem-solving for both yourself and colleagues.


What you bring:
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English is required, Dutch/French are a plus.
  • Strong IT literacy and understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
