My client is a leading Engineering organisation based in Weßling. They currently have a requirement for a HR Consultant to join their team.The successful candidate will have the following experience:
• Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience
• Hands-on mentality with experience as HR Consultant,
• An engineering or manufacturing environment is essential
• Good project management skills
• Fluent English is essential
You will be responsible
• Provide strategic advice to pre-defined stakeholder(s)
• Be sparring partner to pre-defined stakeholder(s)in HR related questions
• Advise on solving problems to pre-defined stakeholder(s)
• Single touch point for the pre-defined stakeholder(s) in all strategic people related matters
• Advise on building
