IBM/Cognos Sales Performance Management consultant/program manager 6 month rolling contract Amsterdam

IBM/Cognos Sales Performance Management consultant - My client is looking for a IBM/Cognos Sales Performance Management consultant for a 6 month role in the Netherlands the ideal candidate should have experience in

1. Should focus on sales effectiveness and planning; incentive plan administration and modelling; quota planning; territory management; sales commission and incentive calculations; and sales performance analytics/dash boarding

2. Hands on Experience in implementing IBM Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)/Oracle Compensation Management Solution/Callidus Compensation Management Solution/Beqom Compensation Management Solution

3. Ability to articulate and help companies better manage, measure and understand the economic impact and overall performance of their variable compensation programs.

4. This role will leverage technical knowledge to support delivery of implementation of the chosen SPM Solution and architectural/cloud discussions.

5. The selected candidate will support the delivery team with advanced technical product knowledge including architecture and supporting technologies. There will be an emphasis on working closely with our current delivery team. Configure, maintain and administer demo environments, virtual machines and hosted demo instances

6. Self-starter who will actively support and improve technical resources for the presales team

7. Demonstrated communication (written and verbal, Dutch Mandatory) and interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts to both functional and technical evaluators of solutions

8. Ability to work in a revenue driven environment
