We are hiring an experienced IBM Maximo Functional Consultant for an exciting Hybrid opportunity.
? Role: IBM Maximo Functional Consultant

? Availability: Immediate
? Key Responsibilities? Gather and analyze business requirements for asset, work, inventory, procurement, and service management processes.
? Configure Maximo EAM modules to meet client-specific needs, including Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Preventive Maintenance.
? Conduct gap analysis and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices.
? Lead functional workshops and training sessions with business users and stakeholders.
? Support Maximo upgrades, cloud migration, or new implementations, including data migration, functional testing, and go-live support.
? Collaborate with technical consultants to integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, GIS, SCADA).
? Develop process flows, configuration documents, and user manuals.
? Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
? Stay up-to-date on Maximo application updates, industry trends, and best practices.
? Required Qualifications
? 4+ years of experience in IBM Maximo functional consulting.
? Experience in at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade.
? Deep understanding of Maximo modules and functional capabilities.
? Industry experience in utilities, energy, transportation, manufacturing, or government sectors is highly preferred.
? Certifications
? IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo EAM
? ITIL or Asset Management certifications (e.g., ISO 55000) are a plus.

? Strong knowledge of business processes related to maintenance, asset management, and inventory.
? Ability to document requirements, write functional specifications, and configure Maximo to meet business needs.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
? Dutch language proficiency is required. ??
