Description
As the ICT Communications Manager, support the CIO and deliver strategies on communication within ICT division, greater federal government agency and externally.
This role is located in the inner south.
Initial 12m engagement plus extension options.
- Develop, draft and implement communications strategies to support structural, technical and business change agendas for ICT group and department.
- Assist other areas in IMD to prepare business cases for presentation to IMD and Departmental Executive.
- Deliver a wide array of high quality documentation for Ministerial and Executive audiences including strategy papers, reports, and briefings. Conduct and coordinate briefings and develop strategies to deliver enhancements.
- Conduct detailed analysis and draft advice to Executive in relation to ICT programs and projects with particular emphasis on risk, performance and governance.
- To undertake communications and marketing of a range of ICT programs.
- Development and execution of IT Communication Strategy.

Develop and deliver products to support change, reform and BAU activities in line with divisional priorities.

Australian citizenship is a requirement of this role. Additionally preference to existing NV1, NV2, PV cleared applicants.
