ICT Support Services Coordinator, Contract, Sydney CBD

About the role

Initially you will step in as a contractor, transitioning then into a permanent role.

As an approachable and proactive ICT Support Coordinator, you are as equally technically savvy as you are confident in engaging staff/vendors to ensure contractual obligations across Manage Service Providers are met.

You will be the key point of contact for directors and a further 60 onsite staff, managing reporting of incidents, service & change requests.

Skills and Experience

  • You have Management experience working within a large enterprise Service Provider
  • In depth understanding of MSP's contractual agreements
  • Well versed working with IT Infrastructure & Applications
