The project will involve on-boarding SAP applications into the request portal. This application is a self service portal that has automated the access request process to include collecting the required approvals, verifying the completion of necessary training, and submitting a request to the appropriate application support team for processing. This on-boarding process requires solid Excel and Oracle SQL skills to accomplish.
Essential Functions:
- Understand the on-boarding process required for the Request Portal
- Configure the application in request portal utilizing the development, staging, and Production environments.
- Work with the SAP Application team to ensure all requirements are complete before on-boarding the application.
- Develop database procedures if needed
- Develop and process data loads against Oracle for on-boarding the applications
MINIMUM Requirements:
- Experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer
- Solid Excel and MS Office skills
- Familiarity with software development life cycles
- Ability and desire to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own, however contribute to a larger team
- High attention to detail
- Quality Control skills
- Process oriented
- Ability to contribute to Test scripts, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Standards
- Ability to handle and resolve problems and communicate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
- Ability to prioritize and follow established work processes
- Professionalism, integrity, flexibility, security, customer service oriented and a team player
- Ability to utilize excellent time management to complete daily schedules
MINIMUM Experience and Education:
- BA/BS plus 2 to 4 years of experience in an office setting, preferred OR equivalent work experience (1-2 years in a similar role), desired
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry, or large IT (Information Technology) organization a major plus.
