Identity & Access Management Analyst (IAM): Security
My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking a business analyst to lead the creation of the business architecture and processes and manages the business requirements and experience for a common Identity and Access Management solution enabling access of 3rd parties to company information systems hosted either internally or externally in the cloud.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum five years business analysis or process improvement experience
* Detailed knowledge of Identity & Access Management systems and processes
* Experience working in a security domain
* IAM vendor product knowledge and Authorisation/Authentication directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and Oracle Directory Server knowledge
SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
* Understand and have proven experience of identity proofing
* Have real life experience with Bring Your Own Identity (BYOID) solutions
* Be a quick learner and adapter, and be willing to challenge oneself
* Excellent communication skills, including communicating across Information Technology and business teams
* Skilled at writing concise, high-quality technical documents
* Any security related certification like CISSP, CISM, CCSP desired
* Fluent English
