Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Senior IDM Architect
The Senior IdM Architect and SME will be a resource in the IdM Transformation project, which is part of clients IT's IAM Transformation program. The purpose of the project is to transform an Identity Management service (based on IBM ISIM 6.0) currently hosted and operated by a third party into an - internally hosted and operated service.
During the planning and analysis phase (TG0-TG2) The Senior IdM SME will perform an in-depth as-is analysis of the existing ISIM-environment, custom provisioning components and service dependencies. Next (TG2-TG4), he/she will lead and quality assure the design of a new to-be target system architecture and service design.
The Senior IdM Architect and SME will perform an in-depth as-is analysis of the existing ISIM-environment and its dependencies. Next, he/she will lead and quality assure the design of a new to-be target system architecture and service design.
The project will perform an upgrade and migration from ISIM v6 to ISIM v7 as part of the project.
This role will in its capacity of senior SME perform quality assurance during all the project's phases, but primarily during the design and deployment phases.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
- Lead detailed analysis of as-is ISIM environment.
- Lead design of new IdM service (based on ISIM v7)
- Lead and quality assure the build, configuration and documentation of a new IdM service across multiple environments:
o Oversee the Installation and configuration of ISIM components. (incl. continuous QA).
o Define and plan data migration activities from the Legacy environment to the new environment.
o Review existing workflows for provisioning and life cycle management and lead the design of new workflows which are compliant with clients processes and service requirements
o Lead design/architecture activities for new directories for identity data
o Quality assure new adapters (using TDI/SDI)
Document the new environments and service
Requirements:
The following general competencies are required:
Expert IT architecture skills and experience. In particular integration architecture.
Expert networking (protocols, infrastructure, Firewalls, DNS, routing etc.) skills and experience.
The following specialist competencies are required:
Expert knowledge of IBM Security Identity Manager v6.x and Security Identity Manager v7.x and their various components.
Expert knowledge of IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator v6.x and Security Directory Integrator v7.x
Extensive Linux skills.
Extensive LDAP skills.
Extensive DB2 skills.
Extensive ISIM API skills
Extensive IBM WebSphere Application Server skills.
Extensive IBM Tivoli/Security Directory Server skills.
Extensive Active Directory skills.
Extensive experience of IBM Security Identity Manager v6.x and/or Security Identity Manager v7.x upgrades and migrations.
Extensive JavaScript programming skills.
The following basic competencies are preferred:
Basic Java programming skills. (the full IdM service solution contains a custom built web-UI which must be transformed)
Basic Oracle 11g skills.
Basic IBM Tivoli/Security Common Reporting skills.
