Description
Exciting opportunity for a Network Engineer to support and work with a highly skilled team of Network Architects! This is a long term contract opportunity located in North Dallas, Texas.
DUTIES:
1. Develop all new network services with special emphasis on innovative data center networking configurations.
2. Work closely with Network Architects to help design new lab testing environments.
3. Deploy and configure new equipment and participate in lab testing of new designs.
4. Opportunity to work with the latest network technology (10G and higher, FCoE, and advanced network designs).
REQUIRED:
1. 5 years of Network Engineering experience.
2. Hands-on deployment and testing of Networking equipment.
DESIRED:
1. CCNP or higher certification desirable.
EDUCATION:
1. College education desirable, but the practical hand-on network knowledge will be the prime determinate.
CERTIFICATIONS:
1. Absolute must have, required skill: CCNA (or equivalent) network certification.
