Description:
- Manually track progress of SRM entry of purchases. Review SRM purchase orders and make manual corrections as necessary.
- Communicate with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices get posted.
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll journals
- Prepare journal entries for temporary labor and utility accruals.
- Prepare month-end journal entry for AP accruals.
- Track temporary labor (Kronos vs. invoiced).
- Investigate and reply to invoice payment inquiries.
- Record operational metrics: headcount, labor hours, utility units, volume, etc.
- Monitor shop order variances to ensure production is reported accurately.
- Perform cycle count adjustments.
- Process ADRs (adjust disposed product out of inventory).
