Project Implementation Manager (HR Systems)
Location: Bristol/Halifax
Duration: Initial 3 months with potential to extend
Rate: up to £459 p/day

Our financial services client is looking for two experienced Project Implementation Managers to join an existing project team and manage key business readiness activities across a complex HR Systems programme.
You will work within the team to assist in the implementation of SAP HR systems and be responsible for coordinating business readiness activities across the programme and managing key dependencies with IT.
In order to achieve this you will:
*Engage and manage key stakeholders
*create/manage deployment plans and sequence of events
*Manage associated change activities
*Manage governance and reporting procedures
*Ensure post go-live support is in place
You should have experience in a similar implementation focused role and a good background in general project management, ideally within financial services and any exposure to HR or payroll systems is desirable but not required. You should have strong experience of business readiness activities, deployment planning, change management and excellent stakeholder management skills.
