Description
Our Financial Services client is looking for an Implementation Support Analyst to support the delivery of a Fraud workstream on a major divestment programme in London.
You will be working alongside the Fraud Implementation Manager and will responsible for managing implementation plans and activity for live trials, liaising with project teams to ensure project milestones are met and designing and implementing Command and Control centre processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring all business readiness criteria are met prior to implementation.
To be successful in this position you will have prior experience of the following:
*Experience of working on Fraud or Risk programmes within the Banking sector.
*Prior experience of the implementation phase of programmes.
*Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial for this position, and prior experience of major integration or divestment programmes would be an advantage
