This bank needs an Internal Recruiter in Zurich as there are currently several departments expanding - predominantly focusing on recruitment for operational and administrative positions in the French and German parts of Switzerland.As the Internal Recruiter in Zurich you will be a key part of talent acquisition and recruitment within the bank.
Essential Experience/Skills required for this Internal Recruiter job:
- 1+ years o experience in a similar, preferably in house, position
- Fluency in all French, German and English on a good level
- Ability to understand the needs of hiring managers
- Good interpersonal skills
