Income Officer - London
You will provide income collection services for all properties across a designated regional patch to ensure income due is collected and recorded in an appropriate way.
Your core responsibilities will include; the day-to-day management of debt and income collection services and related functions ensuring that all aspects such as HB over payments, current and former tenant arrears collection and recovery are collected. You must be able to analyse numerical information using Northgate, make PCOL applications, attending and presenting arrears cases at court, ability to deal with a varied work load and provide welfare advice to residents and sign post them accordingly.
