Infrastructure Analyst - ITIL, IT Service Management
Superb, globally renowned, blue chip organisation require an Infrastructure Analyst with a strong understanding of Infrastructure, ITIL and preferably ITSM for a 12 month contract based in Prague.
You will be required to support strategic and tactical infrastructure initiatives (eg infrastructure upgrades, optimization, patching, information gathering) utilising the relevant coordination and administration skills.
As part of your role you will be required to:
-Understand infrastructure activity goals, timelines and available resources
-Prepare action plans and resource requirements
-Coordinate activities with other projects and activities when necessary
-Analyses activity risks and defines risk mitigation
-Define requirements and obtains/prepare necessary data and reports
-Provide information to management about progress, milestones, deliverables and risks
Required experience:
*Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks.
*Ability to analyze and interpret data
*Experience in strategic/operational IT Service Management disciplines
*Experience with the ITSM toolsets (desirable)
*Fluent in English - oral and written
*ITIL V3 Foundation certificate (desirable)
