Our direct client has an opening for an Instructional Designer in Austin, TX.
This is an initial 6 month contract position, with extensions being likely.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience with eLearning Systems
- 5 years of experience with eLearning/Training Development
- 5 years of experience with Video Production
- 3 years of experience with Requirements Analysis
- 3 years of experience with Project Management
- 3 years of experience with Training Administration
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Adobe Connect Administration
- Business Analysis and/or PMP Certification
- Adobe Connect Certification
- Experience with ITIL Foundations
- Experience with Survey Management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the lead technical administration support for eLearning initiatives.
- Manage eLearning content, Adobe Connect administration, video production, training administration and limited survey program management.
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, SnagIt, Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Audition for authoring on line learning content.
- Use storyboards and ADDIE concepts for course design/development.
- Conceive, story-board and/or direct creation of videos.
- Use video camera, wireless recording devices for capturing visual and audio content.
- Conceive, story-board and/or direct creation of videos.

- Manage enrollment in Safari Books Online for employees.
- Manage use of CISCO learning Credits for training employees.
- Act as liaison for training registration for local training provider.
- Administer a Learning Management System (TRAIN for COA employees).
- Create and deploy survey instruments and analyze survey data.
