Description
A Masters Degree is preferred for this position, however candidates with a Bachelors Degree plus commensurate experience will be considered.
Bachelors degree and 10 years + of experience. Leads team of designers which design and develop training materials for implementation. Ensure cost-effective methodologies are implemented and managed. Develops needs assessment process. Plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs. Manage the assessment of learning needs. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to provide input for course content. Provides skill assessments and facilitate training. Lead other designers with projects. Ensures course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
