Our Client is one of the leading General Insurers in the UK and they are looking for an Interim Contracts Manager. In this role you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating delegated binding authority agreements and other associated insurance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating authority agreements
- Agreeing terms of business agreements and claims authorities
- Supporting the business with regulatory and legal advice
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to gather information comprehensively
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Legal background would be advantageous
- Experience of Contract negotiation within the Insurance industry
- Strong drafting and negotiating experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
