For our client in Rotterdam, the netherlands, we are currently looking for a Integration analyst, to start on a project per 10/12/12 for at least 6 months.
The methodical investigation, analysis and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, and the information they use.
The definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes and systems.
The creation of viable specifications in preparation for the construction of information systems
Delivery Line Description:-
This position is for an Integration Analyst supporting the Integration Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
R&R include the co-ordination of:
Service Reporting
Staff Engagements (organising and hosting of webcasts)
Change Management for OLM Portfolio
Ongoing Transitional Items
Process Owner - Communications (Incident, Problem, Change etc.)
Team facilitation
Licence and Maintenance Management (Documment Management)
Co-ordination of common info (SHarepoint ownner)
Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
Experience within Oil organisations.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
IT background - experience in integration activities. understanding of Application Support requirements.
Soft Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
V.G within Communications skills.
Relationship management.
facilitation. self confident. well organised. stakeholder Management.
