My Client Financial Services Client requires an Interim Chief Architect to take responsibility for running a team of FTEs and Partner resources and take responsibility for the governance of and delivering in flight projects.
The successful candidate will;
Lead the team of architects and programme resources to define, manage and maintain the architecture/technical strategy for the portfolio of projects
Work with the Programme Leads to ensure that the technical strategy is realised and supports the commercial and delivery commitments
Experience required;
Have previous experience within Insurance and knowledge of products & systems
Be experienced in the design & delivery of technology solutions in a Financial Services organisation
Have strong and broad technology skills
Have excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, patterns and practices
Exceptional team leadership skills, including motivation, performance management, cultural awareness, coaching and development
Extensive stakeholder management experience up to board level Personal attributes: Strong people management and leadership skills/hands on
Display a talent for change and continuous improvement
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
