Description
My client is one of the highest profile NHS organisations in the North West. Due to recent departures and internal re-organisation they are seeking to appoint an interim Deputy HR Director for a period of up to 6 months.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will lead the HR shared service and operational teams and act as a key liaison between HR and the Medical Workforce.
To be considered for this post, you will be an experienced interim NHS HR Professional with experience gained at HR Director and/or Deputy HR Director level. You will also have a proven track record in Medical Staffing and managing relationships with Clinicians.
