Description
As a Interim EMEA Finance Director covering a maternity leave for this large and complex organisation you will be responsible for the following;
*Responsible for strategically and commercially enhancing the regions financial performance
*Be a strong business partner to location MD/FC's to support their growth and profitability
*Oversee all aspects of the region's accounting, compliance, financial reporting and performance analysis
*Manage budget and forecast process across the region
*Monitor regional working capital to maximize positive cash flow
*Implementing financial and operational best practice to ensure consistent client delivery across region
*Identify, analyse and manage risk. Ensure company is in compliance with all financial, accounting and business requirements of listed company
*Adapt and create new SOX controls for region
*Participate in due diligence and integration of any acquisition in region
*Responsible for post-acquisition purchase accounting and fair market evaluations
